新型印刷制箱方式New printing box making method

1.塑料凹印复合纸箱工艺 采用单面瓦楞生产线时,若面纸印刷完成后还需要覆亮光膜,且生产批量较大,则可以不在面纸上印刷,而用凹印方式在塑料薄膜上完成凹印里印,且加上白底,然后将印刷好的塑料薄膜与面纸先复合,再按常规纸箱成型工艺完成制箱。这种工艺的特点是: 纸箱制作成本低 当生产批量较大时,此种工艺可以大大降低面纸的印刷成本和面纸的材料成本。因为面纸不需要印刷,因而可以采用非涂布白板纸,从而使面纸成本大大降低。 印刷精美。因为采用的是塑料凹印,所以印刷效果可与胶印效果相媲美。采用该工艺需要特别注意的是,在制版印刷时,要充分考虑塑料薄膜的尺寸变化与变形;否则,纸箱面纸就会与下层纸板对不齐。 2.铜版纸凹印复合纸箱工艺 当生产批量比较大,不需要覆膜,且要求印刷效果好、成本低时,就可采用此工艺。该工艺是先用纸张凹印机印刷较薄的铜版纸,然后将此印刷精美的铜版纸与普通渣板纸或箱板纸复合,整体作为纸箱面纸,再进行对裱和正常的纸箱成型加工。这种工艺的特点是: 纸箱制作成本低。成本降低的主要原因在于将白板纸改为低克重的铜版纸与廉价的箱板纸复合,降低了材料成本。 印刷精美。纸张凹印的印刷效果非常精美。 凹印制版比较复杂,且成本高,不适合印刷经常改版的纸箱产品。 印刷厂对面纸复合、制箱等工艺过程的操作和控制方法要仔细摸索,不断积累,合理实施,否则很容易导致废品率升高。 3.直接胶印瓦楞纸箱工艺 瓦楞纸箱直接胶印工艺目前在国外已经比较成熟,它是将瓦楞纸板直接在特殊的胶印机上进行印刷。适于加工薄型瓦楞纸箱。 该工艺既能保证纸箱的成型性好,又能完成精美的面纸印刷,但所采用的印刷机价格比较昂贵,目前与我国的需求标准还不太相适应,不适合纸箱业在近期内采用,但是今后几年,该工艺可能会成为我国高档纸箱印刷新的发展方向。 4.柔印预印和凹印预印瓦楞纸箱工艺 今年来发展比较快,这两种工艺都是先以卷筒纸方式印刷面纸,然后在全自动瓦楞纸板生产线上完成瓦楞纸板的制作。纸箱的印刷质量和成型质量都比较高,但投资比较大,也不适于小批量生产。 在国内纸箱行业,三种常规的瓦楞纸箱印刷方式应用都比较普遍,成为目前瓦楞纸箱印刷的主流方式。而新型的印刷制箱方式,由于设备、材料、工艺、操作等技术的热点尚未被完全掌握,投资也比较大,推广难度目前还比较大。但纸箱企业为了提高品位,降低纸箱的总成本,获取最大的利润,增加在市场中的竞争优势,采用新型的印刷制箱工艺势在必行。
