危包证是“出入境危险货物运输包装使用鉴定结果单”的简称，按规定是由生产厂家所在属地的检验检疫部门签发，使用统一的文本格式，厂家在出口申报时必须提供该鉴定结果单的正本。
出入境危险货物运输包装使用鉴定结果单，主要的内容有：编号，申请人，使用人，包装容器名称及规格，包装类型，容器性能的检验编号，容器标记及批号，运输方式，危险货物名称（中/英文），危险货物类型，UN编号，危险货物状态，危险货物密度，报检包装数量，单件容量，单件毛重，单件净重，危险货物灌装日期，检验依据，鉴定结果，本结果单有效期，分批出境核销栏，条形码，以及检验检疫部门人员的签字和公章。
