办理危包证需要先做分类鉴定报告，然后和包装性能单一起商检局做危包证。
危包证主要包含2个方面，性能证和使用证。性能证比较简单，一般提供包装的正规厂家都可以出具；使用证比较复杂，要用性能证去生产危险品工厂的当地商检局申请。在商检局检查过用此包装的产品合格后，就可以拿到使用证了。不过使用证的申请比较麻烦，各地商检局的规定都不是很一样的，需要到工厂的当地商检局去咨询办理和审批。上海商检局这一块我们还是非常熟悉的，办理危包需要的资料：包装性能单，分类鉴定报告。分类鉴定报告比较简单提供样品商检局三天可以做出来。
危包证上面有UN,CLASS,PG,品名，有效日期，件数。这些是比较重要的。一般是一周的样子出正本危包证，找船公司订舱的时候提供的是扫描件，做危申报的时候需要提供正本。
有些比较特殊的产品没有危包可以使用其他文件来代替，比如装在钢瓶里面的货物可以用锅检证来代替危包证，装在限量纸箱里面的货物，可以用限量证明来代替危包证。装在吨桶里面的货物可以用船级证来代替危包等等。危险品出口是必须要有危包证的（能代替也可以）
关于GHS标签有点变态，危险品商检是必须要有GHS标签，但是这个标签上面是有厂家的联系方式的，贸易公司可不想最终的收货人知道真实的生产厂家。所有经常发生，货物进仓以后要求仓库把这个标签撕掉（我们经常帮客户撕）。
