纸箱抗压强度及影响因素:
纸箱耐压强度是许多商品包装要求的重要的质量指标,测试时将瓦楞纸箱放在两压板之间,加压至纸箱压溃时的压力,即为纸箱耐压强度,用KN表示。
预定纸箱耐压强度
纸箱要求有一定的耐压强度,是因为包装商品后在贮运过程中堆码在低层的纸箱受到上部纸箱的压力,为了不至于压塌,必须具有合适的抗压强度,纸箱的耐压强度用下列公式计算:

W----纸箱装货后重量,N
n----堆码层数
K----堆码安全系数
堆码层数n根据堆码高度H与单个纸箱高度h求出,n=H/h
堆码安全系数根据货物堆码的层数来确定,国标规定:
贮存期小于30d取K=1.6
贮存期30d-100d取K=1.65
贮存期大于100d取K=2.0
